A lap of 6 bast shoes

To begin with, we take 6 bast shoes, 1500mm long and make a 3-by-3 mat out of them.

Next, take the first two tabs and bend them as shown in the figure below.

Then we take the remaining strips and weave them in a staggered order from above with the second layer.

Next, we turn our product over so that the stripes come from us. And all the upper straps are staggered through the lower ones. We move towards the heel with such bindings.

Next, we take the third ribbon from the end and hug the second one and weave it, similarly we do it from the opposite side. After the third, we weave through the fourth, then the fifth. We should get a heel.

After that, we proceed to the bend. And after bending, we braid all the ends in our line into the base of the bast shoes. You should be able to do this.
