Journey to Yourself

This is not just a book. It is a living portal. A space filled with the voices of women, their experiences, their pain, their revelations, and — their victories. It is an inspiring, powerful, and tender journey back to yourself. To your essence. To your truth. To your strength.
The idea’s author, Tiana Soulu, is a woman for whom the path to herself was not merely a personal transformation but a soul’s calling — to unite other women so their voices could resonate together. The concept of a collective book was born from an observation: how often we feel alone. How often we fall silent when it is so vital to speak. That’s when the dream emerged — to create a circle of feminine power. So that one story could become support for another. So that one woman’s words could become a pillar for thousands.
This book is woven from authentic, unpolished, real stories, transformative practices, tears, and revelations. There is no artificial gloss here. But there is the true gold of the feminine soul. Each chapter is the voice of a woman who has walked through crisis, overcome inner darkness, and found her light.
Inside the book, you will find: — Practices that reconnect you with your body and tenderness — Rituals to help you move through pain and fear — Techniques for healing your inner child — Manifestations that fill you with life — Work with archetypes, voice, food, boundaries, self-worth, and love — Warm words in which you will hear yourself
This book is like a women’s circle around a fire, where every story embraces you. Where there is no competition, only support. Where you can cry, laugh, rethink, be silent — and be authentic.
This book says: “You are not alone. We are with you. You are valuable. You are important. You can start anew. Right now.”
The book was created by women from different countries and walks of life. Unique, vibrant, real. Here are their names, with love and gratitude:
— Inna Wald
— Tamara Kyryliuk
— Ganna Karpinska
— Valentina Nale (Tina Omskaya)
— Irina Doncu
— Violet Bardauskiene
— Alesia Keles
— Olesia Luzhetska
— Nataliia Onofriichuk
— Tatiana Vakhnenko (Sobolieva)
This book is like a mirror. It won’t give you ready-made answers. But it will remind you that the answers are already within you. It will help you touch them. And remember the one you forgot. The real one. The warm one. The wise one. The woman with radiant eyes.
Take this book with you to bed, to the bath, to the park, to the kitchen with a cup of tea. It will become your friend, your companion, your guide. Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Begin your journey to yourself now.
With love and care, The Collective of Authors

THE FLOWER OF LIFE
Creating a Mandala — Symbol of Harmony and Prosperity
My name is Nataliia Onofriichuk. I am a guide to harmony and prosperity through sacred knowledge, mandalas, symbols, numbers, and the healing energy of the new era. My mission is to harmonize, unite, and transmit sacred knowledge and wisdom.
For over twenty years, I have walked this path, leading hundreds of workshops, meetings, practical sessions, and consultations. I find joy when people, through the knowledge they gain, discover their path, express and realize their talents, and unlock new possibilities. I believe the most essential skill is to live consciously! That’s why I help people understand the causes and effects of events, stay in a state of harmony and resourcefulness, recognize their own value, find their purpose, and consciously shape their reality.
For several years, I have been creating an original Calendar with unique mandalas and messages that carry deep meaning and foster new realizations and transformations.
How can I and my methods be of help to you? Using digital psychology, based on the numbers of your birth date, we can uncover your purpose, reveal your best qualities, and transform challenges into effective realization. Metaphorical associative cards will help you dive into your essence, connect with yourself, and find your best solutions. Mandalas, talismans, and creative practices will balance your inner state and create a space of harmony and prosperity. My original Calendar will be a reliable companion, inspiring and fostering harmony.
By the way, since childhood, I have loved my name, Nataliia. Especially after learning that, in Latin, it means “native” or “beloved.” I am always delighted to connect and communicate with like-minded souls who are passionate about exploring, deepening their knowledge, and consciously creating their lives.
I am grateful to my teachers, mentors, and all the people and situations that have added knowledge, wisdom, and experience to my life. I feel a sense of responsibility and unity with the processes of conscious growth and invite you to CREATE YOUR LIFE WITH YOUR THOUGHTS, WORDS, AND ACTIONS!
My chapter is dedicated to the sacred knowledge that is being revealed today — a key that opens the door to a new reality, helping us create a life aligned with our values and talents, in harmony and abundance.
I invite you to explore the unique sacred symbol — the FLOWER OF LIFE, which holds all the codes of creation, the energy of growth, and prosperity.
Based on this symbol, I offer you the opportunity to create your own unique healing mandala, the FLOWER OF LIFE, infused with your meanings, your energy, your dreams, and intentions. This mandala will protect, heal, inspire, and harmonize your inner state and the space around you.
Immerse yourself in the world of creativity, wisdom, and your own depth, and create your mandala. Feel its healing power.
The Flower of Life. These two words carry profound meaning. In nature, a flower symbolizes the process of endless growth. From a flower comes a fruit, from a fruit — a seed, and from a seed — a flower again. Flowers always capture our gaze, delight the eye, and bring joy. In folklore, the word “flower” signifies the completion of a task, the culmination of work. Since ancient times, a child or a beautiful young woman was affectionately called a “flower.”
A few years ago, I encountered a special flower — the Flower of Life. It is something extraordinary! A pattern of nineteen identical circles, blending wisdom and simplicity, individuality and unity. This unique sacred symbol represents life, all processes of growth, and the harmony of the Universe. A symbol that has reached us through millennia, it touches the soul, awakens deep memory, fosters inner harmony, and inspires creation. Its healing power is especially vital now. Therefore, I invite you to welcome this unique sacred symbol into your life and create a mandala that will protect, heal, inspire, and harmonize your inner state and surrounding space.
As researcher Drunvalo Melchizedek writes in The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, the proportions of this symbol contain all the laws of the Universe, every mathematical formula, the laws of physics, and the harmony of music. The code of the Flower of Life is present in the cells of all living forms. Everything alive in the Universe, including humans, originates from a single cell. The Flower of Life is a key to understanding the process of growth and the interconnectedness of all spiritual and physical phenomena. Since ancient times, the Flower of Life has been a symbol of protection and the activation of life energy. It is found everywhere on Earth. The oldest known depiction, over 6,000 years old, was discovered in the Temple of Osiris in Egypt. Similar symbols appear in ancient artifacts, carvings, and frescoes worldwide. What messages did ancient civilizations intend to pass down to us? What mysteries remain undeciphered by scholars?
The Flower of Life is multidimensional and infinite, but in a mandala, it is depicted with 19 circles. It begins with a single circle, gradually joined by the next 18, arranged so that each connects to the central circle. The geometric structure of the Flower of Life is considered a universal symbol of harmony, unity, and knowledge. Engaging with this mandala holds healing power — it triggers deep processes and shifts perspectives. By creating and contemplating a mandala, we attune ourselves to the vibrations of harmony and prosperity, unlocking our potential and expressing our uniqueness.
I invite you to embark on a creative process and craft your own unique Flower of Life mandala, infused with your meanings, dreams, intentions, and energy.
What do you need to create a mandala?
An A4 sheet of paper (it can be from a sketchbook or regular office paper), a compass, a ruler, a simple pencil, and an eraser.
For coloring: colored pencils, markers, or colored pens — anything you feel inspired to use to express color and emotion.
Prepare a space where you can immerse yourself in a creative atmosphere, free from distractions. Place your favorite flowers nearby, and if you have them, arrange your talismans or crystals. Play pleasant music (preferably without lyrics). Light a candle and fill the room with your favorite scent. Arrange everything according to your taste and preferences.
Take a few deep breaths, releasing situations, thoughts, or tension in your body. You might move or dance a little to loosen up. Then, sit upright with a straight back, place your hands on the paper, and close your eyes. Feel what question or need is calling for your attention right now. What meaning will you infuse into your mandala? It could be a mandala for harmony in life, success, prosperity, healing, or happy relationships. You might focus on a specific question or situation. Set an intention — let it resolve in the most harmonious way, for your highest good and the good of all involved. If you don’t have a specific intention, simply allow yourself to dive into the creative process and enjoy it.
Find the center of the paper and place a dot. This is your starting point, your origin. The beginning of your Universe, which is created in every moment through thoughts, words, and actions. This is a profound realization of responsibility. From the moment this initial dot is placed, conscious creation begins. With it comes the understanding that I am the origin of my Universe. Not the center around which everything revolves, but the starting point from which everything begins. Every thought, word, action, and our response to life’s situations shapes our reality. Let this mandala serve as a reminder of your responsibility for creating your life, future events, and circumstances.
From the dot, carefully draw vertical and horizontal lines. These lines form a cross — a significant sacred symbol representing the union of Heaven and Earth, the spiritual and the material. In our lives, there can sometimes be imbalances leaning toward one or the other. Yet, the most important thing is the harmonious balance of the spiritual and material.
Now, take a compass and a ruler to measure the desired radius. Let’s use a radius of 2.5 cm to ensure the mandala fits on the paper. Place the compass at the dot and draw a circle. Congratulations! You have the beginning — the central circle. What follows is a sequential process of forming new circles, creating a new reality.
The central circle intersects with the lines. Place the compass at the top intersection point and draw another circle. The next circle is drawn from the intersection point of the central circle and the first circle. Continue this process sequentially, forming new circles from the intersection points of the previous ones.
Now we have seven circles: one central circle and six surrounding it. This forms a mandala known as the Seed of Life. You can continue drawing to create the Flower of Life, or you can craft two separate mandalas: one for the Seed of Life and one for the Flower of Life.
If you are completing the Seed of Life, create a neat outer circle: place the compass in the center, set the radius to the outermost point of the mandala, and draw a circle around the entire design. Then, draw another slightly larger circle around it. Carefully erase any unnecessary lines. The Seed of Life mandala is now complete and ready for coloring.
While coloring, reflect on the seeds you are planting and the outcomes you wish to cultivate. Allow yourself to sow seeds of kindness, love, abundance, joy, and all that is truly valuable to you. After all, you reap what you sow! Reinforce your intentions with actions, and let it unfold in the most harmonious way possible.
If you choose to create two mandalas, start the Flower of Life on a new sheet of paper from the beginning. If not, continue with the existing design. You already have seven circles. All the circles intersect with one another, just as everything in life is interconnected — nothing exists in isolation.
We now move to a new level of creation — from the seed, a flower blooms. From the six intersection points of the existing circles, draw six more circles. You will now have 13 circles: one central circle and 12 surrounding it.
Now we move to the third level. From the new intersection points, create six more circles. This forms a total of 19 circles, which is the depiction of the Flower of Life.
You can complete it by carefully drawing the outer circles, or you can take it to the classic version — the one found in ancient depictions that have survived to this day. In truth, the Flower of Life has no boundaries, just like the creation of all living things.
To create the classic version of the mandala, continue drawing circles from the intersection points to complete the pattern. After that, carefully erase any unnecessary lines.
Please look and draw a large outer circular outline. Then, erase all excess lines and draw another circle with a slightly larger radius.
The mandala is complete. Revel in its beauty and grandeur. It embodies the beginning, sequence, infinity, interconnectedness, and unity. Within it lies the energy of life, growth, and prosperity.
The Flower of Life mandala is formed from 19 circles. It has a harmonizing effect, as the geometric shape of the circle itself is the most harmonious form, without angles. The circle is considered a feminine figure, symbolizing harmony, wholeness, and sensuality, reminding us of our feminine nature. You can color the mandala, filling it with colors of your choosing. Feel it, sense the images it evokes, and enhance its impact with colors.
Recall the intentions you set at the beginning of creating the mandala, the questions or situations you wanted to address. What colors do they evoke for you? How do you want to express them, and what feelings do you wish to experience? Which shades will best convey this? You can also color the mandala intuitively, choosing the colors your hand is drawn to.
After completing the work, the Flower of Life needs to be activated. Place your hands on the mandala, feel it, express gratitude, and reaffirm your intention or wish. Place it where you feel an inner resonance. Interact with it as often as possible — this could be through visual connection, contemplation, meditation, or even physical touch. It serves as your guide, your focal point for your intentions and state. This is the Flower of *Your* Life — it inspires, supports, and harmonizes.
You can create multiple mandalas, aligned with your intentions or simply “for the soul.” There is a practice that suggests drawing 108 mandalas (for a specific intention) and placing them in your space to infuse your desire with energy and bring it to fruition in the best possible way.
The mandala can be placed anywhere in your space, depending on your intention, or carried with you. It can be positioned opposite the entrance to protect against unwanted energies, in the bedroom or relaxation area to restore strength and balance, or on your desk to enhance focus and attune to making the best decisions. It is especially beneficial to have the Flower of Life where you prepare and eat food. The process of cooking should occur in a state of harmony and with positive thoughts, as it is with your thoughts and state that you “nourish” yourself and your loved ones. Eating itself is an act of sustaining life, nourishing the body with essential substances and energy. Therefore, it is favorable to have a mandala near the dining table.
The Flower of Life also structures water. To do this, you can laminate the mandala and place it under a container of water.
You can discover your own practical ways to use the mandala, finding joy, good mood, and a state of inner harmony. You now have your unique sacred symbol, infused with the codes of creation and prosperity, your energy, and your intention.
The Flower of Life inspired me to create my original Calendar. For several years, I have been producing a Calendar with mandalas and messages. It is unique, beautiful, practical, harmonizing, and transformative. Some even say my Calendar is magical. It brings a sense of light and calm to the soul when you gaze at the mandalas, crafted with love in the flow of creativity. Then, as you read the messages that came to me while drawing these mandalas, each word carries deep meaning, fostering new realizations and inner transformations.
May our shared, collective field be filled with more harmony, love, peace, and unity. Create beautiful mandalas — for your own benefit and for all of us. Each drawn Flower of Life mandala raises vibrations and helps take a step into a new reality.
The practice of creating a mandala can serve as both a diagnostic and a healing tool. Reflect on how the process went and write down your insights. Was it easy? What didn’t work? What does that mean for you? How does it connect to your life situations? What thoughts and emotions arose while working on the mandala? Did your intention change? Sometimes we start with one intention, but it becomes clearer, more specific — or transforms into the true one, aligned with our deepest values. What ideas or solutions came to you during the creative process? Perhaps your mandala named itself, wished you something, or inspired you in some way?
Pay attention to your state after completing the work. Did you like your mandala? If not, or if it evoked uncomfortable emotions — thank it. It is transforming what needs healing. You can keep it or choose to dispose of it — tear it up or burn it, following safety precautions.
Creating or coloring a mandala is a creative and meditative process that harmonizes your inner state, allowing you to dive into the silence and depth of your soul. In this state, we can hear ourselves, feel, understand our true values, find the best solutions, and receive inspiration. From this harmonious and conscious state, we can heal our lives, create our best reality, and harmonize the space around us.
May your dreams, intentions, and goals come to fruition in the best possible way for you. May the Flower of Life bring inspiration and fill you with energy.
With love and respect,
Your guide to the world of harmony and prosperity — Nataliia Onofriichuk.
Create beautiful mandalas and transform your life. With my guidance, you can create:
— The Flower of Life,
— Mandalas of the year,
— Mandalas based on your birth date,
— Or mandalas tailored to your personal intention.
Until we meet again!

WILLPOWER HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT, OR WHY CAN’T YOU LOSE WEIGHT?
My name is Inna Wald. I am a consulting psychologist, ICF coach, nutritionist, NLP practitioner, and mentor-coach. I help women break free from diets and finally make peace with their bodies. As an expert in changing eating habits through subconscious work, I know that the issue of excess weight is rarely just about food. My mission is to show that slimness begins not in the kitchen but in the mind. That instead of fighting yourself, you can choose a path of acceptance and gentle change. I am inspired by the stories of every client who has stopped dividing food into “allowed” and “forbidden,” learned to listen to their body’s true needs, and gained not only their desired weight but also self-confidence.
Have you tried every diet, only for the weight to return? Do you blame yourself for lacking willpower? It’s not your fault. The real reason lies in hidden subconscious programs that control your eating behavior without your awareness. In this chapter, you will learn: Why do 95% of weight loss attempts fail (and how to be among the successful 5%)? What hidden triggers cause you to overeat? Three practical tools to identify your triggers, work through limiting beliefs, and transform your relationship with food. This isn’t just theory! It’s backed by scientific evidence and the personal experience of the author, who journeyed from self-loathing to conscious slimness.
Imagine: the long-awaited summer has arrived, and the sun is shining brightly. On one scorching day, you’re riding a bicycle to a lake, approaching the water in your swimsuit, and diving in. The cool water feels refreshing against your sun-warmed skin. You savor this moment. Then, you return to your towel and dry off. As you do, you look at yourself with satisfaction: your body looks good, and you feel amazing! Yes, you are at peace with yourself, and your body perfectly reflects your inner state!
What a beautiful picture, isn’t it?
Perhaps your reality currently looks different from the scene described above: on a hot, sweltering day at the lake, you try to find a secluded spot to lie on your beach towel. Then, you quickly jump into the water so others can’t notice your cellulite or your jiggling stomach… you feel self-conscious about your body, nervous, and can only relax when no one is watching.
Does this sound like your life?
Surveys from various countries show that most people are dissatisfied with their bodies.
Dissatisfaction with your body and self-confidence are more deeply connected than they seem. It’s not just a bad mood caused by your reflection in the mirror — it’s a systemic crisis of self-identification.
But to feel comfortable in your body, you don’t need to look like a magazine model.
Yes, the modern world often imposes standards on how you should look, how much you should weigh, and what you should eat. Amid this chaotic abundance of “health and nutrition” information, which can already be overwhelming, many women search for effective ways to achieve their desired weight and change their eating habits. They try various diets, but most of these diets end with the weight returning.
Why? Because they address the symptom, not the cause.
If you want to successfully lose weight and achieve lasting results, you need to adjust your: Mindset, Nutrition, and Activity.
Over eight years of working with clients, I’ve realized that the key to sustainable results lies primarily in reprogramming subconscious beliefs about food and the body. This is because 85% of our decisions regarding food are made on an unconscious level (University of California, 2022).
What is the Subconscious?
The subconscious is the “autopilot” of our psyche, storing beliefs from childhood, emotional patterns, and habits formed up to the present moment. Imagine that your actions, decisions, and behavior are driven 85% by the subconscious, with only about 15% occurring consciously.
“SLIMNESS BEGINS NOT IN THE KITCHEN, BUT IN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS”
In this article, I want to share not only scientific insights but also practices that have helped my clients permanently transform their eating habits!
My name is Inna Wald. I am the creator of the “Dandelion Path” program, a practicing psychological counselor, metacognitive programming coach, nutritionist, NLP practitioner, and mentor coach. The core focus of my work lies in engaging with the subconscious mind, which enables more sustainable and long-lasting changes.
As I mentioned above, the subconscious is a powerful tool that governs your habits, emotions, and reactions. Over the years of working with clients, I have identified three periods or factors when beliefs about food can become “encoded” or reinforced in the subconscious.
The First Period: The oldest habits and behaviors are often formed in early childhood.
They become automatic when a child repeatedly hears phrases like, “Finish everything on your plate.” To please adults, the child eats even when no longer hungry.
“Don’t throw away food,” “Don’t leave anything behind,” “If you don’t eat well, you’ll get sick” — these are just a few examples.
What phrases did you hear in your childhood?
The Second Period begins in adolescence, when food-related programs, such as those tied to rewards or comfort, start to form: “Passed your exam? Here’s some pizza,” “Don’t cry, have something sweet instead,” “Sweets are food for the nerves.”
Some of these programs may also emerge in early childhood.
Additionally, beliefs like “Thin is beautiful,” “Food is a social ritual,” “Food as rebellion,” or “Food is the enemy” can take root.
Let’s dive a bit deeper into the food-related program “Food is the enemy.”
Imagine a teenager going on their first diet to “fit into standards.” Perhaps they faced mockery about their weight or criticism from parents: “Stop eating, you’ll get fat!” or were influenced by the culture of the “perfect body” on social media (imitating influencers). But the teenager struggles, falls off the diet, and at that moment, a cycle begins: “diet-failure-guilt-new diet…” A fear of certain foods emerges, like “Carbs are evil,” and gradually, food becomes the enemy.
Sound familiar?
The Third Period: Crisis moments. Divorce, job loss, burnout, stress, existential crises, abuse, serious illness, betrayal, or the loss of a loved one can shape (sometimes radically) new eating behaviors, where food often becomes that “sweet pill” whose effect is short-lived, leading to a desire to consume it more and more frequently.
What can be done about all this?
There are various practices that can help change your habits.
Below, I’ll share three simple exercises you can do on your own, without a specialist.
Practice 1: I call it the “Insight Journal”
In this journal, you will shift your focus from food to emotions and their triggers.
1) Take a notebook and divide a page into three columns.
Label the first column “What I Ate” (brief description), the second “What I Felt Before,” and the third “What Happened Before.”
2) ATTENTION! In the third column, describe ONLY the facts — what you saw and heard. Your feelings, meanings, and interpretations can be noted in a separate notebook.
Example: “Ate half a cup of wasabi nuts. Before that, I felt irritated, wanting to munch on something. Before that, I had a heated conversation with my husband.”
3) Fill out this journal for one week, and after a week, look for patterns. For example: 80% of overeating or emotional eating occurred after conversations with my husband.
By working with this journal, you’ll notice that within two weeks, episodes of overeating may reduce by up to 40%.
Practice 2: Dialogue with Your Inner Child (working with childhood beliefs)
1) Choose one triggering situation (the Insight Journal, see above, can help).
For example: craving sweets in the evening.
2) Find a quiet space, lie down or sit comfortably, close your eyes, and breathe deeply into your belly. Take 3–5 deep inhales and slow exhales.
3) Next, think about the situation you want to change. Imagine yourself at the age when this habit or behavior might have formed.
4) Look closely at yourself in that situation, as if from the outside, and ask your other self the following questions: “What are you trying to tell me with this craving for food?”
“How can I support you in another way, without using food?”
5) Listen to all the answers and, using this information, make a new promise to yourself. For example: “Now I’m an adult and will ensure our safety.”
6) After this, take a few deep breaths, exhale, and open your eyes.
Practice 3: “The First Bite Rule”
I highly recommend incorporating this into your daily routine!
The essence: Eat the “forbidden” food, but mindfully!
1) Take a piece of a “forbidden,” perhaps favorite, food. For example, chocolate.
2) Place it on your tongue and close your eyes.
3) Savor and chew the piece for about 30 seconds, focusing on the taste.
4) Afterward, decide whether you want to swallow the piece or gently spit it out into a napkin.
You can use this practice with any meal, and soon you’ll notice that your brain stops perceiving food as a reward.
You’ll begin to enjoy food more, feel satisfied faster, and understand what you truly like and don’t like. This will automatically adjust your eating habits, leading you to your desired results.
Why might these practices work better than any diet?
Changing habits through the subconscious is not magic — it’s science.
These three exercises are a starting point for those tired of fighting themselves.
My practice shows that 89% of clients who apply these methods maintain their results for over two years.
Are you ready to start?
Then choose the first practice, dedicate 10 minutes a day to it, and track changes over a month.
During this period, add the second and third exercises to expand your new experience and accelerate the process.
Despite any past unsuccessful attempts to lose weight, remember: your past does not define your future!
You can always take a different path and try something new. Be patient and persistent on this journey, and seek support where you feel “stuck.”
May your journey to yourself be gentle. Don’t chase “quick” — choose “forever”!
Remember: your body is not the enemy. It’s a loyal ally that has followed your brain’s flawed instructions for years. It’s time to give it new rules.
“The most amazing thing: when your mindset changes, the weight comes off on its own” — this is the main secret of this chapter.
And your biggest step is already taken: you’ve read this chapter. Now just try a different approach!
With respect and love, Inna Wald
Nadia Semenova
IT’S WITHIN YOUR POWER
I am Nadia Semenova. I am a psychologist, hypnotherapist, author, and facilitator of transformative educational programs.
My core value is to help you find inner strength.
To teach you to think clearly, act with a focus on the future, relying not on fear or external pressure, but on your inner potential.
I have been working as a clinical psychologist for over 15 years.
And I know how painful it can be to repeatedly fall into the same patterns:
— toxic relationships again,
— loss of meaning again,
— emptiness inside again…
In such moments, it’s important not to blame yourself but to gently return to yourself.
My approach combines deep psychotherapy, hypnosis (regression and progression), systemic constellations, symbol drama, psychodrama, and my original methods.
This is not a magic pill. It’s honest, transformative work with deep respect for your story.
I don’t impose solutions — I help you hear them within yourself.
In my space, you can be yourself. Without “shoulds,” “musts,” or “be convenient.”
This chapter is an invitation to deep self-discovery and returning to yourself. It explains how to learn to hear and listen to your intuition, how to connect with your Higher Self, and how to become your own reliable support — the very “lifeline” we so often seek in the outside world. In moments of fatigue, anxiety, or inner overwhelm, it’s especially important to pause and ask yourself two simple but powerful questions: What is happening with me right now? and What do I want in the next moment? Through breathing practices, energy techniques, relaxing imagery, and meditations, you will gain tools to restore your strength, activate inner support, and reclaim a sense of aliveness — here and now. This chapter carries a therapeutic effect and opens the path to trust, acceptance, and true self-love.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult for people to adapt to the frantic pace of modern life, to endless stresses and their unfortunate consequences. It’s no surprise that there comes a moment when each of us feels the need to change our life. This chapter and this book will help you feel not only like a part of the vast Universe, experience the harmony of all living things, and rediscover the joy of returning to an active and creative life, but also realize that truly knowing yourself is no easy task. Our lives are overloaded with stereotypes of thinking and behavior that prevent us from accurately assessing situations and drawing appropriate conclusions. In many ways, we are the ones responsible for our own troubles. A person suffers not from what happens but from how they understand and react to what happens.
Perhaps lately, something has been troubling you? Or do you feel exhausted from the multitude of responsibilities at home and work? Does it seem like even the closest people don’t understand you? Or are you overwhelmed by despair that time is passing, and you still haven’t achieved anything meaningful that you once dreamed of… (do you recognize yourself?)
Those who want to achieve positive inner changes must learn to ask themselves two simple but truly magical questions. By answering them, it will be easier to understand yourself, find inner strength, and feel present in the “here” and “now.”
The first magical question: What is happening with me right now? Specifically: What am I doing? What am I feeling? What am I thinking? How am I breathing?
The second magical question: What would I like in the next moment? That is, do I want to continue doing, thinking, feeling, and breathing the same way? Or do I want to change something?
Many significant changes can be felt simply by becoming aware of what’s happening, without any social effort on your part. Answer these questions as if you were observing yourself from the outside, like another person, and can objectively assess everything happening with them. Additionally, don’t forget to pay attention to your breathing.
One of the most important psychotherapeutic principles states: inner changes happen when a person becomes themselves, not when they try to be like others. Neither the decision to “be better,” nor the effort to change, nor the demands of a boss, nor the requests or persuasions of significant others will bring about change. Paradoxically, inner changes occur only when a person stops chasing who they want (or should) become and simply accepts — and fully realizes — who they truly are.
Having practiced hypnosis and self-hypnosis for many years, I’ve come to this conclusion: we are a reflection of ourselves, like in a mirror. What we imagine, project, or fantasize becomes reality. That’s how our subconscious works. It is straightforward and carries out exactly what we project onto it.
I’d like to offer you a few truly unique techniques to help you find yourself, befriend yourself, and believe in your inner possibilities and strengths.
The images that seem to spontaneously appear in your mind are, in fact, within your control. Let’s try to demonstrate this.
Relaxation Exercise: This exercise will help you focus on your body and relax.
Take a comfortable position, straighten your back. Close your eyes.
Focus on your breathing.
The air first fills your abdominal cavity, then your chest and lungs.
Take a full inhale, then make a few light, calm exhales.
Now, calmly, without special effort, take another inhale.
Notice which parts of your body are in contact with the chair, floor, bed, or ground. In those areas where the surface supports you, try to feel that support a bit more strongly.
Imagine that the chair, floor, bed, or ground rises slightly to support you. Relax the muscles you use to hold yourself up.
The next exercise is used when you feel tension or when you need to stay in control but fear you might “lose it.”
“Float in the Ocean” Exercise:
Imagine you are a small float in a vast ocean… You have no goal. No compass. No map, rudder, or oars… You move wherever the wind and ocean waves carry you… A big wave may cover you for a moment, but you resurface again… You are a float… Try to feel those moments of resurfacing… Sense the movement of the wave… the warmth of the sun… raindrops… the cushion of the sea beneath you, supporting you… Notice what other sensations arise when you imagine yourself as a small float in a vast ocean. Bring these sensations into a real-life situation.
The next exercise can be used when you feel a lack of strength or energy.
“Energy Transfer” Exercise:
Imagine a source of energy in front of you (fire, lantern, crystal, flower). It warms you, gives you light and energy, entering every cell of your body. Try to feel how the energy affects the front of your body. Inhale it. Imagine the same source of energy behind your back. Feel the waves of energy gliding up and down your spine. Place the source of energy to your right. Feel the energy affecting the right side of your body. Place the source of energy to your left. Feel the energy affecting the left side of your body. Imagine a source of energy above you. Feel the energy affecting your head. Now the source of energy is beneath your feet. Feel your feet filling with energy, then the energy rising and spreading throughout your entire body. Experience the fullness of light, warmth, and energy in your body. Now expand the boundaries of your energy (one meter from you, to the room, to the house or apartment, to the city, to the country, to the universe).
Now, let’s connect with your Higher Self and align with your intuition.
When your soul comes to Earth, it doesn’t arrive in its entirety, only with a part of its energy. About 25% of your energy remains in the realm of souls, above. This is called your Higher Self. The Higher Self holds the wisdom of all your incarnations, serving as a source of insight. It always provides you with information, and here we call it intuition.
Instructions for the exercise: It’s best to record this meditation text in your own voice on a recorder and listen to it as needed. Your own voice is better received by your subconscious, accepting it as a native instruction for action.
Think of a personal, hidden question you would ask your Higher Self, one that can be answered with a yes or no: perhaps it’s about an important choice — act or not act, decide or not decide, choose or not choose, etc.
Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, close your eyes. Now, either aloud or silently, state this intention: I ask my subconscious to help me dive deeper, unlock my abilities, and create the best conditions for this — repeat 3 times.
Welcome to your deepest journey, a journey into the realm of your subconscious.
(From this point, record your voice, dictating the text at your usual pace or slightly slower.)
Your eyes are closed… and now, slowly… slowly… with each exhale (exhale), with each inhale (inhale), you begin to surrender to relaxation. Now imagine a beautiful light entering your head with your breath, a beautiful golden light. Allow this light to spread throughout your body, downward and deeper, filling your body with wonderful golden light. You feel the calming effect of this color; it soothes and relaxes. It helps your body and gradually your mind to relax. Calm your mind. Quiet the stream of thoughts flickering in your inner consciousness, and don’t let these thoughts take hold of you. Your head and mind become free and clear of thoughts…
Imagine standing on the shore of a deserted beach, looking at a turbulent, restless sea. It’s a heavy, dark sea. The waves roll in and crash (exhale), roll in and crash, roll in and crash… And you hear how the rhythm of the waves aligns with your breathing as you inhale and exhale, roll in and crash, roll in and crash… Picture a stunningly beautiful golden-red sunset. The sky is filled with golden-yellow, orange, and crimson colors. Just relax and let go, relax more deeply, even more…
Now I will count from 1 to 5, and when I say the number 5, you will enter a state of self-regulation.
1—relaxation spreads throughout your entire body.
2—your body is completely relaxed, heavy, sleepy.
3—all thoughts in your head dissolve and disappear… your mind becomes light and clear.
4—inside you is peace and tranquility.
5—you hear only my voice and follow only my voice.
Now imagine a soft, warm cloud appearing beneath your back, gently lifting you under your feet, back, and shoulders. This cloud is your safety and protection. You feel it beneath your feet, under your head, creating the best sense of calm and security… Notice the difference between the parts of your body already in contact with this cloud and those not yet touching this pleasant, soft cloud… It envelops you right now, gradually carrying you and your entire state, your entire body, to the safest place. This cloud takes you to that safe place where no one can disturb you…
I will count from 1 to 10, and on the count of 10, this cloud will carry you to the safest place, where your subconscious will reside…
1—the cloud envelops you more and more.
2—every cell, every fiber feels the protection of your entire being.
3—closer and closer to the ultimate sense of safety.
4—your body is protected and covered.
5—all your subtle bodies are protected and covered.
6—a new level of safety and protection opens.
7—even better, even more secure.
8—this feeling of protection becomes familiar with each dive.
9—this feeling becomes natural.
10—you are in that place of ultimate safety and solitude.
Explore this place… this is your place of power, perhaps somewhere in nature or indoors. It might be a real place from your memory or a fictional one you’ve created. Look around — what’s happening there, what’s the setting, the weather… Pay attention to all the details, study this place, feel completely safe here, stay in this state. Now imagine a stream of light descending from above, entering through your head and completely filling your body. Scan your body and organs for dark spots… and move through those spots with light, dissolving them from within. When your body is evenly filled with light, begin to radiate energy into the space, filling the place where you are. Look up, look down… give time for the images to emerge and unfold in your subconscious. Listen to the pleasant surrounding sounds in your place of power… Touch some of the details around you, feel their texture — hard or soft, warm or cold.
Now I will count to 3, and on the count of 3, all images, sounds, and sensations will intensify twofold.
1—complete focus on your vision and sensations.
2—the stream of light within you grows stronger, stronger, stronger.
3—twice as bright, twice as clear, all details are more vivid, the controlled sounds are even clearer. You begin to feel the space around you twice as intensely with your body.
Observe your place of power, notice what has changed — the weather, the atmosphere, whether the place looks different. Stay here a little longer and enjoy your creation. A powerful, subtle, crystal-clear purple cosmic stream begins to enter through the crown of your head, flowing into every cell of your pineal gland, pituitary gland, thalamus, hypothalamus, every cell of your right hemisphere, every cell of your left hemisphere. Your brain is filled with strength, power, and cosmic energy, activating all the control centers of your biorobot brain. All control centers of the biorobot in your brain are enhanced, your intuition strengthens, your memory improves. The power of the crystal-clear purple cosmic stream grows and intensifies. Full activation of your third eye point, enhancement of intuition, improvement of memory, and strengthening of extrasensory and self-hypnotic abilities… The crystal-clear purple stream continues to flow into your pineal gland, pituitary gland, hypothalamus, and thalamus, into every cell of your left and right hemispheres, activating and unlocking all your abilities. All your attention is on your hands; you feel your hands. After I count to three, your hands will enter a state of maximum sensitivity.
1, 2, 3
Your hands are like highly sensitive antennas. Now, mentally try to feel the difference in sensations between your hands. Perhaps one hand feels warmer, the other not; perhaps one hand feels lighter, the other heavier… Maybe you feel a specific finger differently from the same finger on the other hand. Simply allow your attention to focus on the sensations. Imagine that these are your hands, yet not quite yours… That you exist on your own, and your hands exist on their own — they simply are.
Your subconscious can take control of these hands. Just allow your unconscious to take control of your hands and ask yourself a very simple question. Ask a question about yourself. You are breathing — just ask yourself, Am I breathing? and notice any change in either hand, pay attention to the response. It might be at the tip of a finger. It might happen quickly. Perhaps one hand becomes warmer or lighter, or maybe you feel a prick somewhere. When the response comes, ask your unconscious to amplify this signal to strengthen the response.
Ask like this: I ask to amplify the signal —3 times (silently to yourself).
As you realize, you’ve now received a yes or no answer. Now ask again: Am I breathing?
Listen to your body’s response. Which finger on your hand does your unconscious prefer to communicate through, and what sensation in your hands does it use?
Now ask yourself the next question: Am I underwater right now? And listen for the response that comes.
Once the response arrives, ask your unconscious to amplify it: I ask my unconscious to strengthen the signal.
Now ask the simplest question you can get a yes or no answer to, and listen to your body’s response. The answers come faster now. Then ask another question that interests you the most at this moment — perhaps the one you prepared at the start or one that comes to you in this state. Observe the response — yes or no. Now it’s time to ask one more question, one you personally want an answer to. It could be about the future or the past, a question you want a definitive yes or no answer to. Ask it now and listen to your body’s response — yes or no.
Now feel a white stream of light entering through the crown of your head, filling you with white divine energy, warmth, and a positive state. All unnecessary images fade away, leaving only your body’s clear response as a new tool for communicating with your subconscious.
Repeat after me, mentally or aloud: I clearly recognize my new abilities and use them for good —3 times.
Now I will count from 5 to 1. When I say the number 1, you will fully emerge from the trance state, feeling excellent, full of strength and energy, and filled with positive emotions and a wonderful mood.
5—your body begins to emerge from the trance.
4—every cell on a physical level fills with vitality.
3—you know you now have a place of power, and it’s always with you.
2—your body fills with energy; you’re ready to confidently step into a new life.
1—open your eyes and fully emerge from the trance.
(The meditation text remains unchanged.)
However, I’d like to tell you the following: the greatest discoveries and inner changes will happen if you don’t just read but actually do the exercises. What we hear is often forgotten, what we see is remembered a bit better, but only what we do ourselves can be truly understood and deeply felt. By learning to love ourselves and trusting in a Higher Power, we become part of the Infinite Spirit of a world of love. Our self-love truly works wonders and attracts wonderful experiences to us. Self-love is not about egoism but about a healthy relationship with this world.
The Law of the Mind: Every day, openly declare what you want in life. Declare it as if you already possess it.
With love, Nadia Semenova

TRANSITIONS, CRISES, REBIRTHS — “I AM THOSE EYES THAT WEPT…”
My name is Tamara Kyryliuk. I am a psychologist, spiritual mentor, leader, and a person of faith. I hold a degree in theology. For many years, I led a women’s rehabilitation center for women struggling with addiction. My mission is to help people who have faced problems, experienced crises, or lost their sense of purpose in life. My goal is not only to aid in their recovery but also to help them discover their calling, create themselves, unlock their gifts and talents, and become their true selves. I currently live in Hamburg, Germany, and continue this work. I conduct coaching programs to boost self-esteem and address many other topics. I also continue to support people struggling with addiction. This is my mission, my calling, and my purpose on Earth!
This chapter is my candid story of how I navigated personal crises, loss, addiction, pain, and emigration, and managed to be reborn anew. Here, you will find my journey of healing, recovery, faith, spiritual growth, and returning to myself. I share an important realization: as long as we are alive, everything can be mended. Age, past experiences, and circumstances do not prevent us from starting over, finding our calling, and becoming the best version of ourselves. I believe every person is unique, and their soul came into this world with a gift. Through practical recommendations and my personal example, I aim to inspire readers: even when everything is falling apart, it’s an opportunity to start living authentically. Pain is not a sentence — it’s a point of rebirth. Welcome to my story; perhaps it will open doors within your soul as well.
My name is Tamara Kyryliuk. I am 52 years old. I was born and raised in Ukraine, in the capital city of Kyiv. Now I live in Germany, in the beautiful city of Hamburg. I am a psychologist.
I studied Art Therapy and Gestalt Psychology. I am constantly evolving. For the last 10 years in Ukraine, I worked with people struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. I was also an active participant in many social projects.
I am a coach, mentor, spiritual practitioner, mother of an adult daughter, and a grandmother. I am not married. I love nature, music, fashion, and I know how to cook deliciously.
I attend a modeling school and participate in fashion shows — this is my new passion, my hobby. Now, I am writing a book chapter for the first time, a historic moment marking the beginning of my personal journey into writing. In this chapter, I will share a bit of my experience and story, offering practical steps that help me in life. I invite you, dear reader, to my page.
“My Path to Myself Through Crises”
I was born in April 1973, in the spring. I grew up during the Soviet Union, a time when we were taught to be strong and willful, where the word “I” didn’t exist — only “we.” We weren’t taught to love ourselves. You were born, and you already owed. My crisis began at birth. You owed your parents, your family, your homeland, then your husband, your children, and so on.
At some point in my life, after many years, I realized I owed myself too much. I didn’t know myself at all; I always thought of others but not myself. I had to grow up early — my mother was constantly ill, and my father raised me and my brother as best he could. At 20, I realized life wasn’t as colorful as I had imagined. I experienced betrayal, infidelity, disappointment, and I kept asking, Why me?
Then I gave birth to a child without a husband — another crisis. The relationship collapsed. The 1990s were very tough; many remember those years. I had to work in jobs I didn’t want, though I gained valuable life experience. I worked in a catering company — my boss was German, and I handled off-site banquets. I learned a lot in that field, becoming a sort of universal soldier, from cooking to setting tables. It was a good school. Thanks to that job, I can do many things today. But deep down, I wanted something else; it felt like I wasn’t living my life, just existing…
I wanted to be a psychologist, but I couldn’t study — I had to support my parents and raise my daughter. Many of you, dear readers, may understand me; some may have faced similar struggles. I couldn’t build a personal life either. I was constantly unlucky. And it was all due to low self-esteem and a lack of self-love. Sometimes we think we love someone, but it’s not true — more likely, we’re trying to earn love through our actions and can’t bear loneliness. Because when you’re alone, you realize you’re afraid to face the fact that you feel empty inside… That cold rejection of yourself and your body, a pile of complexes, lack of self-belief, feelings of inferiority.
I worked a lot at a job I hated, disappointed in life, love, and people. Betrayal. Pain.
I was only 27 when I realized I was completely broken, with no life left in me. I desperately wanted change, but I lacked the strength to seek it. Alcohol entered my life, destroying my body, my life, my soul, and my health even more. I went through circles of hell. By 36, I had lost both my father and mother, and I had a 14-year-old daughter who was my only joy and meaning in life at that time. At some point, I woke up. A realization hit: Live for her, you can do it, get up. I didn’t know how or what to do. People told me everything was fine with me, but I knew I couldn’t live like that — this wasn’t me, and what was happening wasn’t my life.
I found Anonymous 12-Step Program groups in Kyiv, support groups for people with addictions. I went through the 12-step journey to restore my personality. It was not an easy path. The hardest part is changing yourself. The scariest part is meeting yourself. I didn’t know how to live. Yes, I finished school, I was a good student, capable, with many talents. But the challenges that came into my life — I wasn’t ready for them, and they broke me. They broke me — but didn’t kill me. The most important thing was the decision I made: I won’t live like this anymore. I got involved, started this path of recovery, and I succeeded. I want to say that not everyone who was with me on this journey made it, and not all of them are even alive today. But that’s a separate story. In this chapter, I want to share my experience. I believe it will give hope to someone today or perhaps answers to questions you’ve long been seeking.
My path out of the crisis began with learning, working on my mistakes, and building new habits. Over time, I quit smoking too. I started developing, moving toward myself and my dream. I studied Gestalt Psychology and many other practices. I worked through my personal pain and traumas, and then I began helping others, mostly women.
My name is Tamara Kyryliuk.
My current motto is, “As long as we’re alive, everything can be fixed.” And also, “The road is mastered by those who walk it.” If I could overcome this, dear reader, so can you. My favorite affirmations are, “The older I get, the younger I feel,” and age is not a sentence — you can always start life anew. But my life didn’t stop being challenging, yet I learned to listen to myself, my body, my desires, to make plans, and to create a new me. Sometimes I feel like a phoenix, collapsing and rebuilding myself anew.
No one ever taught us how to navigate crises. That’s why I pursued education and spiritual growth. One of the topics I studied was “How to Navigate Crises.” No matter what happens around me, I stay true to myself. I don’t return to the past; I see it as a challenge. Every crisis is growth, a spiritual stretch. No one told us why we were born, and few even ask these questions.
I am not a mistake, and neither are you. Every person comes to this earth with a specific purpose, predetermined from above. My purpose on earth is to find answers to the questions: Who am I? Why am I here? To unlock my gifts and potential, to become who I was born to be.
I might write a separate book about that. I succeeded — I made it to Germany, where I had to start over, including learning a new language. I didn’t lose hope; I began learning to live in a foreign country. All the lessons I learned before the war helped me when this new crisis hit — I was ready because I had the knowledge to handle difficulties.
Now I’m learning the language, have completed integration, and started engaging in fashion, which fulfills me. I also enrolled in a university to study psychology and have already finished my second year. It’s never too late to learn — it’s prevention against Alzheimer’s. Despite everything, I’m moving toward my goal. Today, I know the most important and closest person on earth is me — the me who will stay with me until the end. What kind of person I become depends on the path I choose today.
Looking back, I realize everything was for the best. Even the things that shattered my heart were for the best. People helped, and I was my own first healer. In life, there’s no good or bad — it’s all relative. The most important thing is to find your calling and purpose. Today, after so much time, people tell me I’m alive and full of life. I’ve learned to love myself. This isn’t egoism — if I treat myself with love, I can treat others with the same love.
It doesn’t matter who’s with me, what I have, or what I don’t. I’ve found my path, my calling. I help people, mainly women and girls, find themselves. I also assist women in crises. Your place on earth is never taken. Even if everyone abandons you, your calling will always be with you, and you’ll never be bored with yourself. If you’ve hit rock bottom — great! Boldly open that door — it’s the entrance to something new. Everything in this world has a beginning and an end. Some doors close, others open. The key is to understand: Who am I, and what do I want? Children, husbands, wives — these are additions, not the main thing. Though sometimes they can be the main thing. But every person has gifts and talents to unlock here on earth! And only through pain and crisis do you become who you’re meant to be.
