At the age of 17, Maria Lobzova was accepted into the Moscow Literary Institute, where writers and poets are usually trained. Soon she received a scholarship to the Moscow Pedagogical State University at the Faculty of Philology. Here she plunged into the world of mystical literature. The Gothic novel became her favorite genre. The themes of vampirism and magic, as well as the influence of lunar cycles on the human psyche, became the main themes in her creative plots.
